I attempted all the levels first, and then consulted a walkthrough made by youtuber AbdallahSmash026. He plays through the levels in order while getting 3 medals on each. These videos pointed me in the right direction for levels which I was struggling with.

Did this glitch for anyone? I have all levels 3 starred, even shows it in game. But tracker is stuck at 97%.
