How to unlock the Explorer achievement in S.W.A.N.: Chernobyl Unexplored - Definitive Guide
Couldn't find a guide anywhere for this and this was sort of a pain to figure out, so here goes, hoping it can help someone else.
There are 6 secret digits to find. The numbers on them will be random, but their location isn't. You can see the digits you've found by opening your bag, they'll be displayed in the bottom right. You can use Chapter Select to grab them if you missed any.
First one can be found during Chapter 4 - Thoughts. Right after going into the Binding Capsule, you'll want to exit the small room and turn left. You should see a long hallway with the word RUN painted on the floor. Follow the hallway to a fork. On the right is the forbidden hallway and on the left is a narrow staircase. At the bottom, you'll find the first number on the desk upon entering the only room.
Second digit can be found during Chapter 13 - Basement. When you get inside the central white room, you'll trigger the objective "Don't allow the day to come". Finish this by collecting the 7 white rays (the creepy apparition monster cannot harm you) until the ticking timer stops. Do NOT go through the door that will appear in the white room. Instead, go back the way you first entered this level toward the staircase. At the fork, go right into a storage room (you've been here before for one of the 7 rays) and on one of the shelves, you'll find the second digit.
Third digit can be found in Chapter 17 - Lights. Grab the floppy disk in the first room and go around the outside of the room into the next hallway. (Don't go toward the spirit into the long hallway). At the end is a computer and a microphone on a table. Grab the microphone, go back to the previous room and plug it into the sound system next to the door. Turn the sound system on along with the radio. Go back to the computer, use the floppy disk and go into the Light System Management. Turn off every single light except the 2 from the previous room (they're on the bottom row, second from left), you'll then get a System overload message and you won't be able to interact with the computer anymore. The spirit will be trapped in the previous room. Exit back into the hallway but turn left at the fork. A door that was previously closed will now be opened and you can follow that hallway into another room to grab the third digit.
You'll find the fourth digit in Chapter 21 - Vision of the Room X. Go forward into the hallway into the only opened room on the left. In it will be the dead body of Radomil Bogomazov, the door will then shut beyond you and you'll have to look at the painted messages on the walls/go through a bunch of visions to get it to open back again. Leave the room, turn right and the second door will now be opened. In that room is the fourth digit.
The fifth digit can be found in Chapter 28 - Second Awakening. As soon as the chapter loads, you'll receive a warning about an increased level of radioactive pollution and be tasked with collecting anti-radiation medication. Ignore the opened door right in front of you, turn back and run to the end of the hallway. The fifth number will be waiting on the desk in the small room.
I'll be honest, I haven't found the sixth digit, but it's not needed for this solution.
The Whisper Room you need the code for to unlock this achievement is located in Chapter 38 - Secret Digits. Story wise, you'll eventually ride an elevator, then go through another section where you have to gather energy bolts which will allow you to blast open a door at the bottom of a flight of stairs. In that room is going to be the next Memory Wasteland sequence. Do that until you reappear in that same room. You'll now be in Chapter 38 - Secret Digits. Exit the room and go straight. On the right, you'll be able to see the Whisper Room along with a digital keypad. Just punch in that sequence of 5 digits you've already found, whatever they are, and then it's simply a matter of guessing that final digit. It'll be one of 10 possibilities (0-9). The door will open and the achievement will be yours.
(If anyone knows the location of the sixth digit, feel free to post it here. I'm curious to know. But as I said before, it isn't needed for this particular solution.)

Thanks for this, there are hardly any achievement guides for this game. Do you happen to know ho to compete “Dark Wanderer”. It’s the only one I need to complete the game.
