Pretty early on, you'll come into an office. You must first interact with a radio, then you can open the cupboard and use the computer. The code is 1394. Using the computer, unlock the safe. Grab the key from the safe.
Interact with the radio again and this should spawn a tall ghost in the hallway. To get past it, go on the left side of the hallway and hit the light switch. Go back inside the office and interact with the radio one more time.
You should then be free to go through the hallway and the achievement should unlock then.
