How to unlock the Anger Management achievement in SAMURAI WARRIORS 5 - Definitive Guide
A Musou Frenzy Attack can only be performed while in Rage mode. This is activated by pressing RT with a full Spirit Gauge. Just press B with a full Musou segment while this is happening to unleash a Musou Frenzy Attack.
Be warned : some stages will have Battle Objectives that require these. For example, Nobunaga's Path Chapter 5 substory 1, Battle of Tetorigawa has a bonus objective that requires Toshiie Maeda to defeat Kenshin Uesugi with a Musou Frenzy Attack.

You'll eventually unlock the ability to use the Spirit Gauge as you progress through the game. To unleash a Musou Frenzy Attack you need to activate this Spirit mode with , then apply a Musou attack with which will take you out of Spirit mode and apply a recharge cooldown to the meter.
FYI, when you get this either save it for the final boss of a level or just use it for the Musou attack for the achievement. And be sure to save this achievement for last, since you'll be using the Spirit Gauge to take out big foes throughout the game.
With the basics of application, here is how to accumulate Spirit and ways to grind the remainder of these you may need at the end of the game. Spirit builds up based on kills only, in my experience; no combo, officer, etc that help it grow rapidly like the Musou charges. However, the accumulation is quite slow with just general kills, so the best way I found to get a full bar was to reach the 1,000 kill threshold(s) that instantly fill your meter.
Using that knowledge, I was able to farm Nobunaga's very first Chapter 1 level for my last Frenzies. You should be able to get 1,000 kills on Easy with your strongest setups (I personally used the Ninja Sword, very agile with the Hyper attacks) and breeze through however many you need for the achievement. Progress tracks after completing a level and would sometimes track multiple per level, but seems a bit weird in detection of use. And unfortunately, you cannot interim save-scum with Xbox Cloud saves.
