the map is really small and enemies spawn on 3 points. (difficult on hard for easier S-rank)
weapons i used are twinblade, ninjablade, guns and bow, all very good weapons with all stats at 9.
character levels between 20-50.
btw in options you can disable the information about events, that pause the game.
so maybe with loading time and after mission screens this grind needs around 21h.
its btw only the time for the full 105 events with this mission.
when you work on the other achievements for all citadel modes on s-rank, you can complete few of the characters before starting this.
when you work on this achievement, you can end most of the other achievements, you maybe not finished yet.
getting many horses, money and skill points.

Not sure if my save game tweaked at the end, but I was stuck at 99% with no !'s until I rewatched Nobunaga x Aketchi (young and old events) and the achievement unlocked.

Easiest way to do this is simply play the first Citadel mission (Training) over and over and over again. Pick your main character and then your partner based on the event you're trying to unlock.
