When you have finished playing through all levels in Musou Mode, including Nobunaga's Path, Mitsuhide's Path and Reverie, you will still have ???? showing in certain places in Event Scenes in the Vault. This is because certain scenes will not show up until you have replayed certain levels with a different character. The following list are ones that tend to be missed the most.
