This achievement is for defeating Croustalion, champion of the Arena in the Town of Brisk. This is a late game boss that becomes available once you gain a new form of travel.
Travel back to the Port Town of Brisk and head to the center of town where the market stands are, and continue north until you reach a fountain. Loop around the fountain until you see a building in the top right corner, with a red carpet at the entrance. Welcome to the Dweller's Fall Arena!
You will need to fight through 3 ranks with 3 rounds each (Bronze, Silver and Gold) before you reach the Special Rank, each with a specific party composition. The fights are not too difficult if you are well equipped, just remember that you won’t be able to heal with items in between the 3 rounds and your combo meters will reset after each fight, so be sure to manage your health and MP. Here are the team compositions you will be given:
Once you beat the Gold rank, you will unlock the Special Rank and challenge the champ, Croustalion (CROUSTALIONNN!!!). There is only one round this time, and you can use all five team members. Croustalion’s first two moves will summon two chests as supports; one chest is offensive (Thunder and Bubble Drop, nothing you haven't seen before), while the other can heal. Croustalion himself has some minor damaging basic attacks and two "breakable" attacks that can hit all three party members: Kondo Throwdown (not too bad), and Peterade (aka a six-hit move that can take you out quickly if you're not great at timed blocks)
Take out the healing chest ASAP, break Croustalion's locks as much as you can, spam those Combos & Ultimates, and you should be fine. Congrats on becoming the new Champion!

Excellent guide. Defeating the healing chest first as usual is the key move here and mostly. ignoring the offensive chest is ok and it eventually probably dies from slash damage anyway.

The Croustalion is an optional boss you can fight at the end of a side-quest for B'st's ultimate armor. Speak to B'st at camp to learn about the Port Town of Brisk Arena, then head there to participate. There are four ranks to complete. Bronze, Silver, and Gold are all quite simple, but you'll have a locked party of specific members in each. The "Special" rank will unlock after completing all of those, and this will be the difficult battle against Croustalion. I would highly suggest taking out the Measure Chests quickly, as it is hard to keep up with three enemies' worth of locks at the same time, and they can heal each other and the boss. Once those go down, the fight evens out considerably and you can often break the boss' locks, and keep charging up Level 3 combos and Ultimates. Really just a matter of time and keeping up with some light healing when low at that point.
