How to unlock the Measure Hunter achievement in Sea of Stars - Definitive Guide

You'll eventually get a 'parrot' relic from the conch girl that when you click on an island the parrot will say If you have conch, treasure or wheel champion available or 'all clear' if its empty.

My last 3 treasure chests were in cerulean expance, just follow the beeping probe 👍🏼

which might be what ppl are looking for I do however think this is indeed helpful info, not only the guide itself but also the comments because the single most important thing I came here looking for was, of couse, can you backtrack & find things later in the game which is my understanding from this so naturally I had to upvote smile so ignore the haters Warstevo

The toxicity of some of the people here is unreal. Someone has gone out of their way to help, and you respond like this because you, personally, don't think it's helpful. I don't think your response is helpful, nor conducive to the helpful community.

The last chest you can get is after the credits and after doing certain tasks. Avoiding spoilers but try 100% everything except the stillpond island

This awesome guide lists every chest.

I confirm you don’t need any missable chests from the Vespertine to get the achievement. I missed the chest on the very left part of the boat and still unlocked the achievement.

I'm not very far in the game yet... Can I revisit every location with chests later on?

I am confused how this guide has garnered criticism - the game tells you essentially where the chests are once you get the parrot. And the maps per area are small enough to search in a relatively short amount of time.

Glitched on me. I have all the treasures when I check the book on the ship but no achievement. :(

@Lord Butley...

How is that person's response toxic? Perhaps you should read this "guide" again...therein lies your toxicity because there is no guide.

@xPoppu and @EverStoned77 both provided very good guides so search for them in the comments if you are interested in a full guide

It's a guide on informing you on how to narrow down where you are missing things. It's definitely a useful piece of information that everyone should be made aware of.

However, it can be made better by either posting locations with info on how many chests or what kind of chests exist in each zone. And either a picture guide, text, or video guide on how to find each and every chest would be a more thorough guide.

Until those exist with this info, this is worth being a guide that will hopefully be updated or replaced by others in the future...

this was actually helpful. at least i know i dont need to keep a record of which ones i've gotten, since there's a way to find them all later.

I’m using the guide at https://www.neoseeker.com/sea-of-stars/guides/All_Chest_Loca... really helpful with pictures & detailed descriptions on how to find them. I’d post the entire guide but it’s to big to fit everything on here.

Here’s a YouTube video for those who prefer a video:

Please note that according to bing those picnic baskets count toward this achievement & the parrot you get for conch’s DOESN’T count them as part of the treasures.

If I have missed something or you feel something should be added/removed from this guide please leave a comment instead of just downvoting me.

There are 187 treasure chests in the game to collect. These include the traditional-looking chests (which change depending on the area you're in, basic brown chests in the Home World and more futuristic ones in Serai's world), the green Rainbow Conch chests, as well as the picnic baskets which have food items or ingredients inside. You will be able to use the Falcon-Eyed Parrot relic on the world map to track if you're missing anything from a specific island. Once you click on a location, it will tell you the type of collectible and which specific place it is. From there, consult the collectible guide in the Road Map to run through the location and find which one you're missing. Nothing is missable or really even hidden all that well, so it's unlikely you'll pass up more than a small handful as you play, though some require backtracking due to story-related items you'll need to access the areas they are hidden in.

Note: There are three chests you need to dig up in the Cerulean Expanse which can easily be overlooked. Keep following the beeping on every screen until it stops completely before moving on.

This is the longest trophy of the game, as it requires you to get all the chests in the game. This may looks hard but it's not. There are no missable chests, you can revisit all locations anytime and once you unlock the Falcon-Eyed Parrot relic, you will be able to know if you miss a treasure in a location.

Explore all areas during your playthrough and try to get as many chests as possible. Once you complete the game, explore all the new and old areas by using the Falcon-Eyed parrot.

I advise you to buy a Parrot from Mirna in Dokari, which will tell you on which island the treasures, rainbow shells and “Wheel” champions are located, if you missed something along the way.

Also, on the Côte d'Azur in the labyrinth, follow the route "south, southwest, southeast, south". You will be taken to a secret location where there will be treasure chests and a chest with a rainbow shell.

When you get on the Twilight ship for the first time, according to the plot, there are chests there, I took one and thought
will not count and you will have to play again, but no, the last chest ended up in a quiet lake
