This one is quite tricky. There is no avoiding a queen, even on the lower-level ranks, as the 3rd round always forces you to enter one onto the board.
The best strategy I can think of, is to play through the first two rounds over and over until you get the black card "Undercover Mission". This puts a spot on the board that not only gives you an extra turn, but allows you to disable one white card of your choosing. Make sure you to get it as a perk in rounds 1/2, and rush it when the queen is in play, landing on it and disabling the white queen card!
Should go without saying, but avoid any and all cards that make the queen more powerful (Genderqueer, Iron Maiden etc), and as always focus on things like firepower. You got this!

Interesting strategy, but I think Iron Maiden would be a good take with or without the Undercover Mission combo. It slows her down and makes her unkillable, both things working in your favor for this achievement. It's not a "must take" but its also not a "must avoid"
I also like a Caltrops & Full Plate Armor combo. Just wound a bunch of pieces in the front row to slow them down and box her in while you clear a path to the Undercover Mission.
