To get this achievement you will need to host a multiplayer session. Start a new multiplayer session in the region of your choice, pick a couple of characters and get a friend to join your game. Once both players ready up start the game and the achievement will pop straight away.

I only got the achievement when I invited a friend and we started a new game. I don’t know why this is so, when joining my current game the achievement did not fall.
