Sonic Superstars

This can be done on the level Lagoon City: Act Amy.

Throughout the level you will find numerous gigantic fruits that you can 'attack' which will knock them off screen. There is a counter in the bottom left corner tallying the amount you have collected.

If you can knock more than 100 of the fruits before you reach the end of the level the achievement will unlock.

This is done on lagoon city act 2 not sure if you can do it with Amy’s level but I used trip, basically the big pieces of fruit that you see you want to get rid of them to add score to your fruit collection in the bottom left corner of the screen, I had to use super form to get rid of them as nothing else seemed to work, not sure what score you need but I had 140 and once you past the goal post fruit will fall down netting the achievement
