As with the other weapon related achievements, you must simply pick up and use all "contact" weapons once (gray). There is a bit of luck as weapon drops from cargo ships are random, but you will encounter them all over time.
You can check which weapons you've picked up under the arena menu.

Sword

This and collect all weapons are definitely glitchy. I've kept track and I've completed both, but the percentages are stuck. I'm assuming it has something to do with collecting in a daily run, or maybe melee weapons on the tempest since they count differently. Not sure.
