How to unlock the The Beginning and The End. achievement in Steredenn: Binary Stars - Definitive Guide

This Achievement can now be obtained (Arena also counts)!
The 7th boss in the game, which also is the first form of a last boss, is the Mothership, a huge weapon of mass destruction that covers about 50% of the screen, shoots lines of bullets along with laser turrets on its sides, with additional turret spawning from its mouth when it decides to open when the boss is in near-death state.
Accordingly, once you defeat this boss, which is roughly 4-8 minutes of fighting, depending on your weapon setup, during the explosion the achievement is supposed to pop up before the next boss Nemesis jets out of the Mothership.
Unfortunately, in both the 1st and 2nd loop that I have attempted this with, it never seemed to pop at all, and any other player that has currently unlocked either or both of "Navigator" and "Rebel" have been affected by the same thing.
One would have to directly contact Pixelnest Studio to let them know of this situation and hopefully it can be fixed. Their twitter, as well as individual people from the team, is available from the following links:

I emailed them and they said that they will definitely fix it. They said something about it being blocked from Microsoft's side, so I'm not sure when this patch will happen.

Hello, I'm Damien, one of the developer of Steredenn.
First thing first, we apologize for this annoying bug.
Now, we have two fixes in the pipes:
- One minor that could come very quiclky. But this fix is not supported by the Microsoft certification process, so we're discussing with them to get it online as soon as possible but they don't seem very eager to let us do so. The nice thing with this fix is that you don't have to beat the mothership again to get the achievement. But it's quite unlikely that it will be accepted.
- Meanwhile, we are submitting a patch for certification that will fix this achievement and some other bugs. We will ask Microsoft to do as quickly as possible, but it's hard to estimate the tie it will take. Also, you'll need to kill the Mothership again. but I think it will work if you just kill it in the Arena.
