This can be earned after you've completed "Of Pain" and are back in the grassy area. At this point, it will be storming outside and there will be doors with the word "Time" all over the place.

Make your way to the boat to and to the pipe in the back right that you climbed up (and down) during the first puzzle of the game. There is one single door that says "Time" just by the pipe.

 
Go through the door. Behind the rocks on the left is a detonator. Interact with it and some fireworks will fly up into the air, unlocking the trophy. To leave the area, interact with the far side of the same door you came into (the side that says "Time").

According to the plot, you will find yourself in a new location " Of Pain ".
You need to go to the ship and find the door there.
When you enter it, you will see stones in front of you behind which there will be a detonator.
Click it and enjoy the fireworks and new achievement.
