In the Big City ou have to find a TV hop and inside is the TV we have to interact.
Its the best thing you follow my Guide from 22:30 - 33:43
there is a hidden witch @ 29:46 you have to interact in order to open the Door to the TV shop.
You can only get in once its Daytime.

This is earned in "Memories From the Future". 
 
Within this chapter, you'll need to look for a switch that has a barber pole over it as well as a door that has one just outside of the entrance. You'll need to press the switch first so to find it, you first need to turn the "time" to "daytime". Use the hourglass near the start of the area, just to the left of the broken bridge (note this bridge is not broken during the "nighttime"). When you change it to daytime, make your way down the stairs just to the right of the hourglass and then through the arched doorway on the right. Follow the path all the way right and you'll see the switch with the barber pole:
 

Pull the switch, then make your way to the opposite side of the area (note that you may have to switch between night and day a few times to get over there). Between the stairs leading to Gate II and the bridge leading to the final tower will be a room with some blue-tinted windows and a barber pole just outside the door. Pulling the previous switch opened this door so head inside. 


Ignore the melted clocks and make your way to the TV in the room. Interact with it to turn it on and the trophy will unlock. You don't have to watch the entire thing if you don't want to. Just hit circle.png to back out of it and leave.
