This is earned in the chapter "Memories From the Future".

At the end of the Chapter, when you've built the large staircase after collecting 30 Fireflies, you'll find two doors at the top of those stairs (after the Golem appears). With your back facing the Golem, go through the door on the left. You'll load into a twisty hallway with a bunch of doors on it. Go left and hug either wall until you see "01" appear. Stay near this wall and continue down the hallway until you reach the number "13". When you've found it, go inside the door just next to the numbers and you'll enter a secret room. Once you gain control inside, the trophy will unlock.

According to one of the plots, you will find yourself in a spiral corridor with endless doors.
Go forward and find the 13th number on the right wall. When you find it, go through the next door and you will find yourself in the developers' room.
