Here is my 100% Achievement guide with timestamps :)
Now for this particular achievement, time is NOT a factor.
Rather it is the hint system which makes the time go up (Weirdly lol)
So in game, you have a clock which you bring up by pressing Y, if you press A, you get a hint which increases time.
So simply NEVER Press A with your clock out (Hehe) and this should come automatically

There's a chance this trophy will unlock whether or not you beat the game in an hour or not (my first run, I had over 3 hours, the second run I had 2, the third run I had 1 1/2 and each time it still unlocked). With that being said, though, if you're going for under an hour, you'll want to cut out all of the miscellaneous stuff and go solely for completing the puzzles/ main story. You might want to play through the game a few times to get used to them (most notably the "Memories From the Future" chapter since it has the most back and forth). At the end of "Memories From the Future", make sure you take the left door (if the Golem is behind you) so you get the "Of Time" ending.
A few pointers to help out in a few of the sections:
