There are 4 paintings that you need to interact with for this trophy. The first 3 can be done in any order but the 4th one must be picked up last (it won't appear otherwise). These can all be collected in chapter select so don't worry about missing them as you play through the story. Their locations are as follows:

Painting 1: Found in "Of Love". After you've completed the flower puzzle with the statue's hearts, a spiral staircase will appear around the statue itself. Before going up the stairs, go behind the statue and on the far side of it will be the painting you need to interact with.
 

Painting #2: Found in "Of Time". The painting is in the back left corner of the staircase puzzle. Take the stairs starting in the back right corner, then make your way up/down/across the pathways to reach it. You can see the pathway leading to it so just make sure you're making the right turns when necessary.
 


Painting #3: Found in "Of Pain". After you complete the puzzle with the statue (hint: turn the audio in the game off), the statue will adjust and a spiral staircase will appear. Ignore the staircase for now and instead, look at the person who is hanging from the big guy's mouth. The hand and finger are pointing out in the opposite direction. Make a straight line towards where they're pointing and you'll eventually come to a doorway. Just through the doorway is the painting.
 

Painting #4: Found in "Of Faith". This will need to be the last one you get. It won't show up until the other 3 are collected (either that or I'm just really blind but pretty sure it just doesn't show up). When you reload the chapter, go through the painting with the boat and piano. When you load into the painting, go back through the door you just came through (the painting was a door) and the spiral staircase around the statue will now be gone. Make your way to the backside of the statue and behind the statue at roughly this spot:
 

While facing the statue, walk backward, away from the statue. Keep going until the candles are barely visible. Very carefully, turn around without moving your camera up or down. In the distance, you'll very barely be able to make out an easel. It'll look more like a glowing stick because it's so far away and make take a few turning attempts to actually see it properly. When you can see it, make your way to the easel to find the last painting. This one is really hard to see so just be patient if you have to look for it a few times.
