Just search neat Trees for Butterflies, they will respawn.

This can be done at any point in the main grassy area,provided it's not raining. For the sake of ease, it's recommended you go ahead and get this out of the way when you first start the game. Flying around the trees will be random assortments of Butterflies. When you get close to them, your cursor will turn into a hand. Press cross.png when it does to catch the Butterfly. Catch 30 in total (the game will keep track for you) and as soon as you collect the last one, the trophy will unlock. 

If you didn't get this trophy right away, reload the chapter "The Lighthouse". You'll start in the Lighthouse itself but just exit out of it and you'll be in the grassy area.

Butterflies can be caught at the very beginning of the game.
When you start the game and your character wakes up on the island, go to the trees or windmills, and you will see these butterflies with which you can interact.
