You will get this through natural gameplay, however...
Throughout the world you will see red and white barrels, when you shoot them you will notice a health bar. Keep shooting them to make the barrels explode.
If you kite your enemies near barrels, they'll take a lot of damage (normally die immediately) if they are bear a barrel you blow up.

Exploding barrels are nearly everywhere in the game, and naturally are red in color. Shoot them whenever enemies are near (even if you are near yourself, you should survive) and you'll have this achievement in no time.
