This achievement is not hard to trigger and should occur naturally through the progression of the DLC and side missions.
If playing coop with friends, only the gamer that delivers the final blow will get the achivement so you will have to take turns at unlocking this whenever this encounters happen (not MISSABLE, enemy re-spawns).

The, Pants, Party
In the very middle of the DLC map you'll see a gigantic mech that will shoot hordes of missiles at you. With normal weapons this can be a very difficult fight, but I found deploying the Pocket Mech tactical item could tank it without moving and kill it dead with its chaingun.
