Start a fire and stand in it until your about to die, do an emote and if you kill yourself it will count as an elimination.
Grab a barrell.
Throw at a wall.
Let it explode causing fire.
Stand in fire and get half health.
Start a long emote.
Die.

I resolved it.
It was a bug with Embark ID. Under certain conditions it counts the achievement within itself, but does't count it as an Xbox achievement.
How to solve:
1) Make additional link in Embark ID with Steam or PS account
2) Login with Steam or PS account in Embark ID
3) Unlink Xbox account
4) Turn off network on Xbox
5) Delete all the game data (just profile)
6) Launch the game (without network)
7) Get an error about network and after that turn on network
8) Make new account in game
9) Do this achievement
10) Close the game and again delete all the game data
11) Go to the new Embark ID (with Xbox login) and make unlink of Xbox account (it deletes your new account)
12) Go to the original Embark ID and make link to the Xbox account

Wasn't working for me and that sounds like a lot of hoops to make it work so just played Cash Out with gas mines and waited til we owned the cashout and you'd be surprised how many people just stand in the gas while trying to steal it, especially if close to the end of a cashout. Just tuck away somewhere safe and if it's a light or medium they're basically guarenteed to die.
