I am sure some people will get this one accidentally by just playing the game, and if you do, good for you, I am happy for you. However, if you are like me and are bad at accidentally unlocking this achievement while just playing the game then I hope the following helps you:

I got this while intentionally going for it by using a light class contestant with the sword weapon and evasive dash specialization equipped. I played quickplay/ quick cash to get this achievement because it is less competitive than the other modes (some people use quick cash to warm up or test out new builds). There will be multiple points throughout each match where there will be a 3-6 opponents in close (dashable) proximity around a cash out. These opponents may be low health or distracted, which will make your job of eliminating 3 opponents with a melee weapon within 10 seconds easier.

Sword and evasive dash cost VRS to unlock. You may have to play a couple rounds to have enough currency to unlock these.

I snuck up on the first contestant and used (you need to hold it down to charge up a heavy slash) to hit them then finished them off with a couple s (light slashes). Then I dashed to where the cash out was with as there was someone attempting to steal. Fortunately they were already injured so it only took a or two. Their teammate was nearby so I dashed over to them and had to them a bunch since they were a heavy class with more health. I didn’t think it was less than 10 seconds but apparently it was because then the achievement unlocked.

One more tip to help you survive at least 10 seconds is while slashing people with your sword also perform evasive maneuvers; try to be circling them and/or jumping and crouching all over with and/or respectively.

Second one more tip is you can charge up your heavy attack by holding down while you are a safe distance away, then dash in close to someone with , then release to instantly hit them with a heavy slash upon your arrival.

It took me 3-4 games to get this. If it takes you longer just keep trying and I know you can get it eventually. There’s a lot of randomness in quick cash with joining a match in progress/environments changing/events/skill level of the other contestants in the match. If you don’t get it right away it is probably because of the aforementioned factors.

Just use a small build with the evasive dash ability and sword.
