With the new season, private games were added, in connection with this the question is: has anyone tried it and knows whether the money earned in this mode counts towards the trophy?

Money earned in "Power Shift" mode does not go towards trophy progress. It was definitely like that until the last 4th season, I don't know if the developers fixed it or not. I earned more than a million there, then compared it with the statistics in PSN and there was a discrepancy.
