This achievement is luck base and I got this without even realizing until the match was over on tournament play when the match went on overtime (we place on fourth). I think the best method is to wait for the match to go on overtime and try to open a vault because as soon as the vault opens, a cash out location will spawn very close to the vault since the game is on overtime. The game gives a last chance to the players to flip/turnaround the game during overtime. It took me 5 sec while playing as a medium to run to the cash out after unlocking the vault because a cash out location spawned very close since the match went on +1min overtime. Playing as the light gives you speed boost and it can increase your chance getting this achievement and avoiding enemy fire.

This is a highly luck based achievement. It is easiest to get as a Light due to their high movement speed and traversal skills and / or on Monaco or Seoul with moving platforms because the vault will sometimes spawn right next to the platform's path.

A heavy with Winch Claw could potentially help you out by dragging a cashbox closer to you while you are running to them.

A Light with Gateways would also help. If you throw the first grenade at the cashbox, the run as far as possible before a vault opens and throw the exit grenade, it should hop through the Gateway, saving you some precious time.

Unlocking thus achievement you just have to be really lucky for 4 things.
1 Your team is able to unlock the vault
2 The vault spawns close to the cashout
3 you are the one that grabs the vault
4 no other teams contest you

Use this loadout:
1. Play as a light
2. Have Evasive Dash as your specialty
3. Equip the gateways

I have unlocked this achievement twice, once on xbox once on steam. Both times I unlocked it I was playing Quick Cash on the map Las Vegas. I am not sure if this is due to the map layout or size, but apparently there is a slight chance of the vault spawning closer to the cashout on Las Vegas than any other map so far. Now I'm not saying this can't be unlocked on another map but Las Vegas seems to be the easiest. Especially because there are many different "compartments" of buildings making it harder for other opponents to reach you.
