How to unlock the Medic achievement in The Forgotten City - Definitive Guide

For this achievement,what I did was steal the medicine off the table in the market,when this happens you trigger breaking the golden rule,when respawned head back to the doctor and give her the medicine as this will stay in your inventory after breaking the rule.
