Start a game, and at the start you'll be prompted to pick from one of four categories: flirty, serious business, friends & family, and unknown number. Pick one of the categories, then repeat for the other 3.
Note you don't need to complete the game, I never finished my flirty game, and the ach popped as soon as I picked unknown number in my 4th game.

I don't believe you have to finish any games to receive progress towards the achievement. The "Flirty" game I completed since I was doing the other achievements. The "Serious Business" game I played up to the end of the first prompt (right as you switch writers in the first round). The "Friends & Family" game I stopped as soon as I could begin writing the first prompt. Lastly, for the "Unknown Number" game, the achievement unlocked roughly 10 seconds after selecting the category.
I bet you can quit out as soon as you select the category (or at least as soon as you load the first prompt) but I would need someone else to confirm it.

Yeah that's probably true (that the game doesn't need to be completed). As you say would be great if someone else could confirm though.
