This achievement is actually extremely easy. Start a 4 player Hypnotorious game. Doesn't matter what everyones roles are, or what you enter as text throughout the game, or how players get grouped, so just progress as quickly as you can to the end.
When at the end you have to pick the outlier, just have each player pick themselves (ie player 1 picks player 1 as the outlier, player 2 picks player 2 as the outlier, etc).
Because the outlier chose themselves as the outlier & nobody else did, achievement pops.
