Start a 3-player Tee KO game, and create your shirts & slogans. When voting comes up have everyone all vote for the same player's shirt. Repeat in the next 2 rounds, making sure to pick the shirt from the same player who won the first round. At the end of the game the achievement pops.
Doing this you'll also get the "I Wasn't Supposed to Be Here" achievement for a player not getting any votes.
