As you play Timejinx, the first couple questions you have to guess a year that most closely matches the hint. This achievement is for entering 1984 (the famous George Orwell book) three times in one game.
The annoying part of this achievement is it's completely luck of the draw if you get a prompt where 1984 falls in the range of possible dates. First game I played there was only 1 question in the entire game where 1984 was a valid answer.
After that I started a new game, and the first question wasn't one where 1984 was in the range of options, so restarted. Did that once more, and got a 1980's question so entered 1984. 2nd question was also able to enter 1984, then 3rd question couldn't. Wasn't until middle of 2nd round I finally got another question with 1984 as an option and upon entering it at the score calculation for the question the ach popped.
FWIW, I did it in a 2 player game, but I don't think it matters how many players are present.
