The achievement unlocks during The Naked Hunch quest when you enter the distillery by the side elevator and activate the intercom, triggering a cut scene. The achievement becomes available once you finish at least one suspect’s interrogation quest. This makes the An Unfinished Accusation quest available which segues into The Naked Hunch. The achievement is story related and unmissable. Once An Unfinished Accusation is begun, story progression will lead to popping this achievement.

If you want all of the Murder on Eridanos for The Outer Worlds DLC achievements, though, do not start An Unfinished Accusation prematurely. It is a point of no return that initiates a sequence of events leading the player to choose between one of two possible game endings. In other words, when talking to Ludovico, do NOT choose the option I know who killed Halcyon Helen until you have completed the following interrogation quests for all suspects:

• Bertie: Prince of Tossball
• Spencer Woolrich: The Man Who Chafed
• The Prophet: The Productivity Queen
• Sedrick: Lord of Blight

Once you have accomplished everything you need to in the Murder on Eridanos DLC, talk to Ludovico in the penthouse and say, I know who killed Halcyon Helen. The correct choice is the 5th one but you will only be able to make it stick conclusively if you have an engineering skill of 105. It is of no consequence if you don't have the engineering skill because the choice doesn’t matter.

Any of the 5 choices, the 4 incorrect ones and the correct one (whether or not you can pass the engineering skill check), lead to the same outcome. The distillery is attacked and you have to go rescue Ludovico. This concludes An Unfinished Accusation and initiates The Naked Hunch. Make sure the quest is active.

The quest marker will lead you to an elevator on the left side of the distillery. Once you enter and begin the ensuing dialog, the plot branches to two mutually exclusive endings. You only need one ending for all the DLC’s achievements. However, if you want to experience both, make a hard save BEFORE you enter the distillery. Once you finish the DLC, you can load up this save and make a different choice to see the other ending.

When you’re ready, head to the elevator on the side of the distillery designated by the quest marker. Enter. Activate the intercom (designated by the quest marker) in front of a large, clouded plate glass window. It becomes transparent. You trigger a cut scene. The Naked Hunch quest concludes and you pop the achievement.
