This takes place towards the beginning of the game.
After cleaning up the knocked over plant in the lobby, you will then have to talk to Beth at the front desk. After talking to her, you will then head back towards the elevator. There will be a puddle at the corner right before the elevator, interact with it to clean it up and then head into the elevator, and you will get this achievement.
If you make a save right after talking to Beth, you can reload the save to also earn “Slippin' Andrew” achievement for not cleaning up the puddle.
