To get this achievement you must leave the lipstick writing and the note on the door in the basement when getting the master key,also leave the evidence in Wendy’s locker,when you are back on the 5th floor looking for the screw driver you will hear two people talking in room 508,simply listen to this conversation and the achievement will unlock.
