I highly recommend doing this before 1st mission ends, because it will give you a pretty good idea of where all the main/important locations are. Here's a map for all the phones required for this trophy. All the phones are attached to the side of the buildings, besides the most northern one which is simply on a post in the middle of nowhere, at the spot where roads weirdly miss each other. Using a map & your surroundings, they're all pretty easy to find.
