The satalite towers are the large satalite dishes. You will need to hit the power switch on these towers one by one to lure the Dragon to the lighthouse. While traveling from tower to tower just take the extra 20 seconds to run up to the top deck of the satellite towers. Your character will say a unique sentence each time, if she says nothing it means you've already been up that one.
