Once you unlock the factory inside follow the room around to the left. In the far back right corner upstairs there is a vent (and one of the secret bonus area tokens). Use the ramp opposite it to gain speed, then wallride up on the right. Jump up to the rail, then wallright again and jump into the vent, this will shoot you out and you break 15 bones everytime.
There's a pretty bad quality video which shows you around 30 second mark, enough to get the gist of it.

It seems scripted in the game so that you break 15 bones when you do this, I landed a lot higher than on the video and still got the cheevo

Great solution! The video is not that bad such that you don't know where to go at least. Got it after about 5 mins of trying aswell :)

Lol I didn't even know this was an achievement until it popped up. Anyway, this is not the way I got mine as mine involved grinding to fast, going out of control, smacking a wall to break 14 then slamming the floor for the 15th lol.
You have to of unlocked the funpark for this, there is a log shoot in there, while the log is going around towards the tunnel, you be by the ramped part and pogo (while in manual double tap Y button).
The log will smack you and if done correctly, drag you along with it. If it does not work first attempt then just try again, this 99.9% of the time breaks 15 bones, the least amount of bones I have broken using this method is 12.
