You can go for this while at Sky Pavilion.
Early on in the area, you will come across 2 fans (1 active, turn the other one on by stepping on a switch). Alert the nearby enemies, press
to dash through the fan, and they will be pushed off as they try to follow you.
You can farm these same enemies by leaving the Sky Pavilion, then re-entering and going to the same room.

The Sky Pavillion dungeon has fans scattered over its islands. You need to lure ten enemies into the fans' paths so they are blown off of the island. I believe that getting enemies caught in the wind from the boxy fan enemies counts towards this total, as I unlocked the trophy when I was nowhere near one of the stationary fans.
