Another story related achievement, you'll need to find each missing miner so be sure to explore the mines and use the map well to find areas you may have missed.
When you enter the boss room be sure to shoot the mine cart with explosives to the end of the track to get the boss to wake up and attack, once it's woken up it will throw around the room when it's not throwing explosives at you, you'll also be attacked by monsters at the same time plus if you get too close to the boss it will attack you with a paw of claws so try to keep your distance while dealing with the monsters, avoiding the explosives and shooting the boss.
It can be a little tricky but with effort you'll kill the boss.

The boss of the Shimmer Lode Mine is Mad Mole. To start the actual fight, you must first dodge falling rocks and enemies while shooting a mine cart of dynamite along the entire track, where it will dead-end at Mad Mole and explode, revealing him. After Mad Mole is revealed, shoot him (he does not move) while dodging the dynamite he throws and his claws that poke out of the earth. Sometimes he will go underground and send a few bomb enemies at you - if he does this, he will also move locations so keep an eye out.
Once you've taken care of Mad Mole, claim your glowing mushrooms in the next room and you'll unlock this trophy.
