How to unlock the Friendly Fire achievement in Trigger Witch - Definitive Guide

There are many fire traps in the Frost dungeon, likely your third dungeon after joining the Clip. Just get enemies' attention and stand behind a fire trap. Most will walk right into it! Obviously, flying enemies may be unaffected, as well as the casters that won't approach you.

Also just want to add that you can farm the enemies at the first fire trap you come across by having them walk through it, then leave the dungeon (go back outside into Evertonia), then head back inside into the dungeon, and go back to that room. The enemies will have respawned and you can just rinse and repeat. This way you can get the achievement out of the way early and proceed with the dungeon.

The fire traps are found in Snapfrost Dungeon. You can easily farm it on the fire trap near the entrance that you can actually control or just lure enemies towards the fire traps. You'll likely unlock it without trying.
