How to unlock the Uzi Does It achievement in Trigger Witch - Definitive Guide

This is found on the first floor of the shimmering lode, found on the East side of the world map. It's likely the second dungeon that you visit after joining the Ciip. The chest containing it is in the Northeast corner, just like one of the rescued miners tell you.

You'll find this weapon in the Shimmering Mines, it attacks fast but isn't very accurate. Use wisely.

The Dual Mini Blasters are located in the Shimmer Lode Mine, in a large treasure chest in the Northeast corner of 1F.  One of the miners you have to rescue will hint at its existence but you don't need to hear his hint in order to be able to access it. See Uzi On The Eyes trophy_bronze.png.
