There are 9 weapons: you'll get one at the beginning, one in the Arena, and one in each dungeons as you progress.
Be careful about the last dungeon, named "???": you have to open the big chest in it before going to the boss, because this dungeon is the only one that you can't go back to.

There are a total of nine weapons in the game.
6 are story-related and 3 are optional to collect but you will more than likely find all 9 without trying. For more information on the optional guns, see their respective trophies: Uzi Does It
