Unbound: Worlds Apart (EP)

You have to save ALL the villagers and then read their entries on the stone tablets where they gather, where Lith and the crystal hearts are. I assume you have to do this in both Vayia and Sakarya. I needed to scroll through the text on the stone tablets to unlock the achievement.
