How to unlock the THREE BULLETS achievement in Virtuous Western - Definitive Guide

I got this on Stage 28. The bullet I collected last, was the one by the shotgun guy on the right side of the screen. I managed to get it without dying, so worth considering this stage as there aren't many chances I spotted before this.
