You can use two controllers for this. Have you team on defense and pick the tractor beam wild card. It's random so there's no telling when it might appear for you. If you need to you can play cards until you get it. I had my 2nd controller do a run play and run into the tractor beam. You may have to guide the player into it as the beams move around.
