First you need to find which teams have the Twister wild card. Both Team Pickett and Team Wilson have 3 Twister wild cards for their defense. (There may be other teams. I have played most of them and these are the only two I have found so far)
The easy way to do this is to play an exhibition game with two controllers. When your team on defense and the other team on offense. Make sure the offense picks a pass play. Rush the QB then use Twister to sack the QB.
Otherwise, there are a couple achievements that you need to win seasons. So, you can use one of these teams and pick up this achievement along the way as you play.
