This will probably be the last trophy before the platinum. Most effective way to grind this is to run Chapter 4 - The Breakwater Kraken mission. This is a very target-rich mission, but only destroying Frauleins is required to finish it, so just ignore everything else and travel straight towards the mission markers as they appear to trigger the Fraulein reinforcments.
