You will need to grind this one out. Here's the fastest way:
- Pick Klavier as your Tetriary Weapon
- Pick Chapter 3 - Wanderer in the Mountains mission
Attack the big bombers and their mid-size attack escorts by pressing 
and releasing after getting lock-on's on as many targets as possible. Be sure to kill the reinforcments that come to aid the big ships, as they count towards the grind for Ace of Frauleins 
(you need to complete the mission anyway for the shots fired to register)
