Easy way to do this is pick Greece in offline World Cup and score a goal in your first group stage match against South Korea. you get it as soon as you score. some people say they haven't earned this playing on amateur so just play it on Semi Pro to be safe.

For this achievement, again select "2010 FIFA World Cup" from the Main Menu, this time setting the tournament type to "Finals" and change the difficulty if necessary.

Then, set the fixture type to "custom" and select one of the countries mentioned further down as your team.

The teams you can use for this Achievement are:

CONCACAF:

  • Canada
  • Trinidad & Tobago

ASIA:

  • China
  • Indonesia

AFRICA:

  • Congo

EUROPE:

  • Greece

The achievement will unlock after you have scored your first goal in the group stage.
