How to unlock the Bullseye! achievement in 3D Dot Game Heroes - Definitive Guide

The bow can be purchased for 30 Gol from the Weapon Shop in Raejack Village anytime after you clear the Grass Temple and acquire the Yellow Orb. Equip the bow and defeat any enemy with it. The trophy will unlock immediately.
