What you need to do to get this achievement is to take cover. Rush in when you need to but take cover alot. There are more people shooting rocket launchers at you and sniping you then anything. Also, watch out for the molotovs because when they throw them your health goes down faster than you can even see that your health is going down.

Look for the targets and the posters. Completing all of the posters and targets for each chapter can get you some medals.

This game is fairly easy even when played on Hard mode, your AI partner has infinite health so that's a major advantage, he can be downed, but leave him and a minute later he'll pick himself up and carry on like nothing ever happened, try and stay in cover as much as possible and then just pick people off, there's no time limit on missions, you can die as many times as you like, there's no punishment for doing so, it'll just continue you from the last checkpoint.

The best advice I can give you is to try and upgrade your weapons as you go along, taunt (RS) after killing every enemy for a +25% bonus, watch the videos and learn where to expect the enemies from and take your time, there's no rush.

Lastly, the difficulty achievements stack, so by beating the game on Hard mode, you'll unlock the achievements for beating it on Easy/Normal too!

This achievement will stack with Regular and O.G at the end of the game once you have met the requirements for them.
